Do we need to have our phone line ready during installation? |

It is not necessary that your phone line be installed and operational during installation, however, it is recommended. With the phone line installed AWS technicians can log into your system to set calibrations and insure
proper operation. The phone line will also allow AWS technicians to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
