This indicates that the Un-interruptable Power Supply (UPS) manufactured by American Power Conversion, Inc (APC) has lost its primary power and is now running on battery power. In some cases, the unit will continue to beep even after normal power has been restored. By turning the UPS units power switch OFF then ON again, the supply will reset itself into a normal operating condition.
If the unit continues to sound an alarm, contact AWS Technical Support immediately.
