Since AWS Technicians can remotely connect to your unit with a modem or through the Internet, almost all problems can be solved remotely.
In the rare cases when a problem can not be diagnosed remotely, you can ship as many parts as possible back to AWS. The more parts we have the better, since we can get a better idea of the overall scenario at your location. There is also a better chance of having the defective part on hand for any necessary repairs or replacement.
It is not entirely impossible to have an AWS Technician travel to your location from our Maryland Headquarters, but you will be charged $850 per day plus all travel expenses. Usually, this is only cost effective in a situation where several units in your area need repairs.
