How many lights should I see on the front of the modem? |

The following lights, if present, should be lit:
AA - Auto Answer
TR - Terminal Ready
MR - Modem Ready
HS - High Speed
Do not be alarmed if the HS label and light are missing, not all our modems have them. If any of these lights is not on, turn your modem off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on (the switch is on the back). If the AA, TR or MR lights are still out, contact AWS.
