I lost my disks, how do I get a replacement?

If you are using software made since 1997, you have the Free Option of downloading a replacement copy. Contact AWS and after we have verified that you that have purchased the software, we will email you instructions on how to download from our secure website.

If you are using older software, you do not have the option to download. ALL DISK REPLACEMENTS cost $45 as of 1/99. This price includes shipping, and is mainly to help us cover the productions costs, especially if we need to create a set of disks for obsolete software. Remember, you always have the option of upgrading to the current software for about $200 (as of 12/98).
