AirWatch Educational software has been specifically designed for use in the classroom and is available in PC Windows, Macintosh and PC DOS versions. The latest version AirWatch 4.2 incorporates innovative and powerful Internet communications technology.
This means that you can collect, display and analyze real time data from AWS AirWatch schools worldwide with just the click of a mouse.
Designed for ease of use, AirWatch 4.2 gives the user point and click access to the wealth of data monitored by AWS weather stations. Standard features include fully automated communications, custom mapping displays, historical graphs, real time graphical and strip chart displays, and statistical data tables. Graphing and mapping modules are extremely versatile and use toolbars to allow the user to select which stations and weather parameters to display. All graphics are printable with the click of a mouse.
AirWatch 4.2 also includes integrated help and lesson files to increase its usefulness in the classroom. Definitions and background information are included for each weather parameter included in the AWS system.
For schools with direct Internet connections the AirWatch System includes Weather Server software (available in PC Windows and MAC versions). The function of the Weather Server is to collect and disseminate real time and historical weather data from your AirWatch to remote Internet users.
